Who we Are
Entreating Heaven Ministries, Steve and Jamey Pirtle, is a Christian Ministry based out of Northwest Mississippi. We believe there is power in the word of God and it transforms lives. Our ministry is built on a foundation of faith, service, and a fervent desire to entreat heaven and see souls draw near to God by sharing biblical truths through both spoken word and song. We believe that when the Holy Spirit is present lives and hearts are changed. We want to be a source of encouragement through every word we speak and every song we sing. We want to lift up our brothers and sisters in Christ and see the lost come to know Jesus Christ as their personal Lord and Savior.

Singing Ministry
Listen to Entreating Heaven and experience the uplifting power of anointed, biblical gospel music that resonates deeply and glorifies God. Raised on the rich tradition of Southern Gospel Music, Steve and Jamey Pirtle infuse their music with heartfelt classics while also incorporating some newer gospel songs that will stir your spirit and minister to your soul.
Jamey fondly recalls growing up watching the Gospel Jubilee on Sunday mornings with her father. It was during those cherished moments that she developed a deep appreciation for The Happy Goodmans and Sister Vestal.
Steve, a passionate bass singer, has a special love for the Cathedrals, Kingsmen, Gold City, The Inspirations, and all those classic quartets.
They are profoundly grateful to the pioneers of Southern Gospel who paved the way for ministry through song. Their hope is to carry on this legacy, sharing timeless classics that continue to inspire hearts for Jesus.
Biblical Teaching
Be inspired and uplifted by Bro. Steve as he passionately preaches and shares the infallible Word of God from the pulpit and within men's ministries. Sis Jamey speaks with audiences at women's conferences, events, and churches, sharing her powerful and faith-building testimony.
Community Outreach, Partnerships, and Events
Entreating Heaven Ministries is dedicated to spreading the Gospel of Jesus Christ within communities by sharing God's love and compassion through a variety of outreach initiatives.
In November 2025, Entreating Heaven Ministries hosted a remarkable 21-day non-denominational revival titled "IN ONE ACCORD" - Unity in the Community Revival. Throughout this event, churches from various denominations took turns each night to share the Gospel within their communities, inviting participation from all involved congregations. Witnessing God’s people unite in a spirit of harmony, as described in the Bible, was truly inspiring. The revival not only led to the salvation of several souls but also renewed many hearts.
We are excited to announce that the "IN ONE ACCORD" - Unity in the Community Revival for 2026 has been scheduled! It will take place from November 1-15, 2026.
